PROMISE TO PAY AND PAYMENT TERMS: I promise to pay you the principle amount of charges accruing on the unpaid balance at the rate of 0% per year from today's date until paid in full. Finance charges plus finance accrue on a 365-day basis (366 in a leap year). If goods are delivered or services performed more than 10 days after the contract date, finance charges will begin to accrue on the date of delivery according to the payment schedule shown in the TRUTH IN LENDING DISCLOSURES.

I agree to pay this contract and additional amounts according to the terms and conditions of this contract. I also agree to pay any RETURNED CHECK FEE: $25.00 for any dishonored payment. REPOSSESSION FEE: $250.00 if I am in default for more than 30 days and the vehicle is repossessed.

SECURITY: To secure my payment and performance under the terms of this Contract, I give you a security interest in the vehicle, all accessions, attachments, accessories, and equipment placed in or on the vehicle, together called property. I also assign to you a security interest in proceeds and premium refunds of any insurance and service contracts purchased with this Contract.

LATE FEE: $25.00 if my scheduled payment is not received by the end of the second calendar day following my due date.

DOWN PAYMENT: I agree to make deferred payments as part of the cash down payment as reflected in my payment schedule. DEFAULT: If I default, I understand and agree that the vehicle may be disabled by a GPS device.
